Lovely product but horrible packaging
Really love moisturiser, my skin felt nice and hydrated. Did have an issue with the packaging, couldn’t seem to get any product out the pump. CB were really helpful and I got a refund. I also bought the serum and again, had packaging issues.

Good product but..
The cream is great and feels amazing under makeup however the pump needs to be reformulated ASAP! After a couple of uses the pump stopped working completely and I had to resort to unscrewing the cap and getting the product out manually and even then it’s impossible to get the maximum out of the product.Â

Light and hydrating
I really enjoy this moisturiser. I have combo skin, and even on my dryer days this lightweight formula sinks is beautifully. It wears well with make up and I sometimes add a tiny bit of concealer to give me a little home made cc cream. It has a great price point and really cute packaging too. Will absolutely buy this again and have recommended it to others already!Â

Pump sucks
I’ve brought this product twice now because the pump doesn’t work (still doesn’t). It’s really unfortunate because i really love the cream. I hope anyone is going to do something about this :(Â

Disappointing
Very disappointed. After my second day of using no cream came out. I have to shake it just to extract a small bead of cream. I will have to cut the bottle open to get to the rest. Poor deign of packaging. Won’t be buying again which is such a shame because the moisturiser is very good.Â

One of the best affordable creams out there
Knocking one star because the packaging is not it- the pump can get clogged which is annoying. I have dry skin and this cream is amazing. I find that moisturizers are the hardest to find when you’re on a budget. This one is super thick and occlusive but it sinks in, and doesn’t make your skin oily. I’d say for dry skin, on most days is not enough- I usually follow up with an oil. Sits well under makeup.Â

Terrible packaging, average product
I really, really wanted to like this product and the range...but I just don't. As many people have already mentioned, the packaging is terrible - the pump doesn't work at all, you can't even squeeze the product out, and the problem doesn't stop with the moisturiser, even the serum dropper is rubbish. The product itself didn't agree with my skin, which I know may be a personal issue. But it made my skin red and inflamed, something that hardly ever happens with any other products. I won't be buying Byona again.

Bad packaging. Lovely product.
Nice rich cream that leaves the skin looking and feeling plump and hydrated. However the packaging is terrible. My first bottle - the pump didn’t work at all. The replacement worked for about 3 weeks and then broke again. Having to open the bottle and tap out the product. Very frustrating.Â

Problem Packaging
I really love the product, or did while I could still get some out of the bottle when the pump stopped working!Is this likely to be repackaged after all the negative feedback? If it is I may try again, but thank you Cult Beauty for refunding the cost.

Great moisturiser, but the pump broke!
Such a great moisturiser. Â But the pump broke so I have to scrape it out of the bottle with the pump stick. Â Super annoying
