Packaging is terrible
This is a really nice everyday moisturiser. Unfortunately I was only able to use it for a week before the pump stopped working - I wasn’t able to get any of the product out. This has happened me with a few Byoma products. I really hope they fix this packaging issue, as their formulations are good.

this product gave me nightmares
At first I thought the moisturizer was good, but after a week of using it my face became full of big pimples that hurt like crazy! Never happened with other moisturizers so far...Very disappointed, also the packaging is awful as the product is thick and after a few uses the pump doesn't dispense the product at all.
