Start with clean brows Micro-Stroking Detailing Brow Pen is best applied directly on clean, dry skin.Shake using downward motions before use. Start by applying in sparse areas working in the direction of hair growth. Lightly etch in any areas where you want added detail and definition. Softly blend as you go using a spoolie brush.
