It is claimed that the shampoo softens hair and makes it shiny. Now my hair is visibly shiny. My hair does not became softer, but I do not need it. The head does not itch, as is often the case after some shampoos. Not a replacement for my daily shampoo, but the perfect travel sized shampoo to take on a trip.
