Introducing 19/99 Beauty's Lash-Tint Mascara, designed to work on all eye shapes and sizes, this lightweight, smudge and flake proof mascara creates the appearance of freshly tinted lashes.
The super slim wand's bristles separate, define and lengthen all types of lashes from fine to full, coating every lash, from root to tip. Perfect for long-wearing, the clever formula won't smudge or flake as it's water-resistant (not waterproof!) which means when you are ready to take it off, it melts away with warm water. Last but by no means least, the versatile and buildable formula – that's vegan and cruelty-free(!) – allows user to customise the level of product and finished on the lashes.

Before buying this, I had not worn mascara for a decade. I found most mascaras were too heavy on the eyes, I was tired of rubbing my eyes to take it off, and my lashes felt much healthier without any makeup. But when I saw the tiny tiny wand of this brown tubing mascara... I know I had to try it. The result is very natural yet so flattering. It just gives the impression that God blessed you with the most beautiful, fluttery lashes. It doesn't move during the day (bye bye raccoon eyes) and it's very easy to remove with warm water. The brown shade is soft enough to not be too intense, but it still gives a bit of oomph to your eyes. Definitely reconciled with mascara, and I'm looking forward to try other shades !

Very unique, takes some work
If you're thing is vavavoom lashes, this is not for you. This gives the most beautiful, non-crispy natural lashes. No one will spot you're wearing mascara. It just makes you lashes look thicker and darker. It's very unique in that way and that's why I like it. The formula is on the drier side, it means you have to be patient when applying it and go over the lashes a few times. It's worth it!
