P.BALL: Before getting started, make sure the P.volve logo is facing outward. With the p.ball at your ankles, put one foot through the loop and hook the strap around your other ankle. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and make sure the p.ball is centred between your ankles. Once the straps are in place, pull the p.ball all the way up your legs.

P.BAND: Use the p.band on its own or as advised with other pieces of P.volve's equipment. For best muscle engagement and control, tuck thumbs under where the glove meets the resistance band.

How do I put on the p.band?

1. Unfold and lay your p.band flat with finger loops facing up.

2. Put your hand in with the hand material laying against the palm.

3. Insert your four fingers into the loops, leaving your thumb out.

4. Take the wrist wrap and wrap firmly around the wrist, securing the Velcro.

5. Repeat with your other hand.

6. Practice stretching your arms to make sure everything is securely fastened and get ready to feel the difference with P.volve.

LIGHT ANKLE WEIGHTS: Movements with the light ankle weights can be done both standing and on the mat, as well as paired with other approved pieces of equipment. P.volve recommend them for clients at any fitness level and at any point in their P.volve journey.

Store ankle weights in a dry, cool to room temperature space. Keep dry. Ankle weights are not machine washable.

GLIDERS: Suitable for hardwood and most carpet floors. If you have hardwood floors, it's recommended to include a pair of soft fleece glider floor protectors to cover your gliders - this will prevent scratches.

HEAVY ANKLE BAND: Movements with the heavy ankle band are used both standing and on the mat. Be sure to lift through the core and thighs through movements in order to eliminate tension on the hip flexors.
