seems to make a difference
having tried a lot of different supplements and treatments to lower the symptoms of stress and adrenal fatigue, this seemed worth the try. It seems to make a significant improvement in overall comfort.

Uber Amazing!
I am a Hum Nutrition convert. Never again will I look for another multivitamin. I bought these for my husband and I as we lead high stress lifestyles and the difference has been great. It took a few days to build up but now we reap the effects. Will continue to use.

I just bought it and i am using it for last 2 weeks. So far i dont see any change in my energy level or impact on my mood. But, it needs patience...we will see...

Good, but not amazing
It's an ok product. It has not made an extreme difference in my energy levels. More of a gentle, steady difference. I dont have huge ups & downs, which is nice. If you need something extreme, it's probably not the right product. But if you need just a bit of balance, it's worth a try.

Easy to take
I bought these kinda accidentally, thinking they were gummies. Luckily the capsules are pretty easy to swallow! I've only been taking one at a time since these are pretty high in ashwagandha. I still think I'm feeling some results, steady energy levels and a sense of calmness. Not sure if I'd repurchase as I prefer a gummy texture but these have been fun to try anyway. Think I'll save them for days when I feel like I could really use an energy boost.

It worked for me
I was having some bad months, feeling down, de-energized, heavy… When I started taking these pills I wasn’t too hopeful but I knew they weren’t going to hurt anyway. Surprisingly I started feeling better and more positive. I highly recommend them if you are feeling burnt or tired. I will buy them again.

It’s working…
I’m not sure if this is a placebo effect but I definitely feel more energised and in a better mood. I’ve taken these for over two months now and honestly I was in a bad way with my mood and just wanted to sleep all the time and although I still have days like that, I do just feel a bit brighter which is really worth it to me. I’ve stocked up with another three bottles so I believe in these little capsules!Â
