I have been using this supplement very consistently for over 8 months now. In the beginning you notice minimal changes, your skin becomes softer, legs feel less dry. Then the skin on your body feels smoother. After a couple of months my face became more clear, and after a good 5 months fine lines became less visible. Also very positive effects for my gut health. I did not dislike this product but there have been recent studies that they don't really work but truthfully I could not tell.

Great to support skin health and premature damage

This is my first time trying this sunscreen and I love it. Really light, not at all greasy and is easily absorbed by our skin. Will definitely be buying again

Still trying atm. haven't seen any changes compare with "flat me" though. And a little too pricy.
