I just bought a back up of the color “fire”. This color is truly a vibrant orange red that is super matte and lasts all day. It also gives my lips some extra volume without needing a lip liner. I’d say that the level of dryness is comparable to mac’s ruby woo so not too dry but not moisturizing either.

A bit too drying
I usually love mattes but I found this so drying that it made my lips look like prunes after a while. I got the shade fierce as I expected a pinky brownish rose but it’s a lot darker than I expected and didn’t look good. That’s of course subjective. But overall, not my favourite formula. Maybelline‘s super stay does a better job in my opinion.

I've got the testers of 3 colours. 1st of all, the colours aren't bright. 2nd, the lipsticks are extremely dry, don't look good at all on the lips, just an absolute No

Nice formula and long lasting
I purchased the shade 'Fresh' which is a gorgeous pink with mauve and purple undertones. It compliments my medium-tan olive skin so beautifully I don't even have words! You do have to retouch after food and I noticed slight flaking after 7-8 hours of wear so 4 stars for this one.

Velour Extreme Matte Lipstick
I ordered this in the shade Fierce, and it is the perfect fall colour for me. The application is easy and the formula slowly dries to a matte finish. Once the lipstick dries it isn't too drying if you have applied a lip balm before. The lipstick stays put almost the entire day (fades just a tiny bit after eating).
