A true oily skin saviour
If you suffer from a layer of nasty shine with every single product you apply on your face, this moisturizer has come to end all your sebum-related issues! Just a very small amount leaves your skin with an amazing matte finish that lasts hours and hours. Unlike other products, it also moisturizes the skin. If it had SFP it would be the perfect moisturizer out there.

Matte but moisturizing
Been trying to find a moisturizer for the summer for my combination skin and came across La Roche-Posay Effcaclar Mat and thought to give it a try. Didn't disappoint me with it matte finish yet moisturizing enough not to create a shine on my face. This will be my go to for summer.

Good but not perfect
I have fair oily skin and when I heard of this mattifier I was super eager to try it. The application goes smoothly, less is more. And it does leave my skin with an excellent matte finish. HOWEVER, it doesn't last all day, for me, it is usually between 4 - 5 hours, not more than that. And after this period of time, it starts pilling off :( It doesn't really play well in the layering game. I tend to use just one serum before this moisturizer and sometimes, even like this, it pills after a couple of hours. So, wonderful short-term results, but you'll need to reapply in the afternoon/evening.

Perfect for combo skin and controlling shine
