With slightly damp hair, take a section of hair & start rolling up from the end upwards toward the scalp. Tuck hair securely so that the ends of your hair do not stick out.
Roll upwards until taught against scalp & then bend the ends of the roller to secure it in place.
Continue this process with the next roller until all rollers are in place & secure.
Wear overnight or allow hair to fully dry. Remove & style to enjoy beautiful heatless curls.

Works well for my fine hair
I really like these rods! The other reviews seem like this could be a hit or miss depending on your goals and hair type, but I've found that these work really well for my needs. (I have fine, straight, long hair and I'm just looking for a bit of volume and some subtle waves/curls). I do think technique makes a huge difference to how easy or tricky you find it to use these. I love the size, flexibility and hold of these rods. I only use one at a time for all of my hair - I roll it all into a bun at the top of my head, put on my silk bonnet, and sleep overnight. The next day, I have way more volume and tidy waves/curls.

For me it was quite difficult to use them and to keep a curl, when i woke up the hair was falling down pretty flat, which is weird beause with the satin heatless curling set - sunset tie dye it worked really well.

Does the work but not for night time
You absolutely cannot get a good night time rest with these things on (tried multiple options). Will only use after hair wash to dry during the day.. also another thing to consider, if your hair is super straight it will fall off easily (I have a gently relaxed afro)
