passionate pearl: perfect for an inner corner highlight
I already had some mattes and one shimmer (the purple one) in this formula, and decided to try passionate pearl because I am still looking for a good inner corner highlight, because nothing seems to stick, or give me the impact I am looking for. This is nice bur rather subdued as an inner corner highlight. It is white, but not stark (oof) and softly shimmery, more satin than anything.Â

I didn't realise Tough Tan has sparkle in it. I wanted a matte base colour eyeshadow stick but this one has glitter sparkle in. Was disappointed and passed this onto someone else.

I am a cream shadow stick aficionado, and for me these can easily compete with my favorites from Bobbi Brown and Laura mercier. I have several shades in both the matte and the shimmer formula's and I really like all the ones I have got (4 in total). They are easy to use and to blend out, and they last a really long time on the eyes. they work well on their own are combined with each other, but they also play well with other formula's.Â

I got the shade Silk Armour and the formula is fine, nothing awful but nothing amazing either and it’s the same with the colour. When it actually was on the lids the colour just seemed a bit wishy-washy, maybe you could see a bit of colour but not really.

Very dry and extremely mat. For me to dry and to mat. Does stay on all day even without primer.
