Having spent five years developing a successful hospitality business, brothers Thom and Rich Hemelryk found themselves overwhelmed, tired and suffering from chronic insomnia. Wanting to make a change to their lives and lifestyles, the duo sold their business and began focussing on improving their sleep habits.
