Gentle, But Underwhelming
This cleanser feels super soft on the skin, but it doesn’t fully remove makeup or leave my face feeling deeply clean. Nice for a light cleanse, but not a standout.

This cleanser lives up to its claims – it feels gentle but still does a good job of cleansing my skin. My skin looks and feels dewy and soft after washing, not tight or dry at all. It has a very light scent, too, that I like. I think I'd probably buy this again, even though I usually like to try out new things once I'm through with a product. After trying this, the toner, and some of the serums and moisturizers, I'd definitely buy more from Biossance's line. My experience with the brand so far is that they produce simple, high-quality, effective face care.

I’ve been using this cleanser for a few weeks now and it’s honestly a dream for sensitive, acne prone skin like mine. It’s super gentle, doesn’t strip my skin at all, and leaves it feeling clean but not tight or dry. I love using it in the evening after my makeup remover it’s perfect as a second cleanse. In the mornings I still prefer a more light gel-like texture, but this definitely has its place in my routine. The only downside for me is the scent. It has a kind of herbal, almost earthy smell that I’m not a huge fan of. It’s not overwhelming, just not my favourite. I think I’d prefer it if it were fragrance-free altogether. Still, for how calming and effective it is, I can deal with it. Overall, a solid pick for anyone with reactive skin.
