If you suffer from excess dry skin around your nails or have flaky soles with stubborn dry skin sticking out, these "nippers" are a must. They neatly clean up everything, eliminating bothersome hangnails from your skin. Can also be used on actual nails if you need to finetune a snagging nail etc. Highly recommend.
