I have been using these vitamins for about three years and almost take them monthly with no breaks. What I have noticed is that they have helped my fine hair grow long, which is something I always struggled with. I have also struggled with hair loss and tried several supplements and products through the years, for a long time and these have really reduced shedding. Can’t recommend them enough, but a kind reminder is that as with all hair supplements you need to take them for at least for months to start and notice the benefits. Great product!
