Faulty battery
Like many other people who have left reviews, I’m really disappointed that my mask has stopped working entirely after a couple of years. I splashed out on it thinking I would have it for a long time, and had used it consistently and was happy with the results but now it won’t charge at all so is entirely useless and it’s really disappointing after spending so much on it. It’s clearly a recurring issue so I would not recommend buying it unless you’re happy to replace it after a year or two.

Overpriced and Poor Quality – Don’t Buy This Mask
The Qure LED mask works great for the first year and a half, but then it stops working—right after the warranty expires. Everyone who has bought this mask seems to face the same issue after two years. For the price you pay, the mask should last much longer and be of better quality. I find it a scam. Don’t waste your money on this mask.

Nice mask but
I was quite happy with this mask, and even if I didn’t see remarkable results I used it almost daily for a year and a half. Then it just stopped working and there was nothing I could do to fix it so I ended up throwing it away and buying a new mask from a different brand. So I don’t think this mask is worth the price

After a little over a year, the mask stopped charging. Unfortunately, the warranty is only for one year, so nothing can be done and I feel like this was a waste of money. The quality does not meet the price.
