Nothing to write home about
As much as I love Jamie, and really wanted to be wow-ed by this wand she recommends, I have to say - the crowd went mild. It does even out the tone of the eyelid, but as far as a primer, I've had much better. My eyeshadow creases within a couple of hours, and I have to be really careful with how much of the product I apply. In addition, the packaging itself is cheap, and does not feel luxurious at all. While this is not an obligatory trait, for that pricing, I would expect something at least somewhat better.
