Oily eyelids
I have a condition called blepharitis which makes my skin very oily and irritated. I am still trying to find the best eyeshadow primer, but this one is the best so far. It still moves the shadows but it is not easy with such condition.

I have been using this primer for 10 years now (since 2016). It has been my staple through everything in life. This particular version doesn’t have a shade, can not really cover any discoloration on your eyelids by itself. But it still performs great on me. The eyeshadow last but the primer doesn’t dry my skin like a concealer would do. One 10 ml tube lasts me over one year of everyday use so its actually a good deal
