Works very well, it's a must have in my makeup bag now
The color does get a little bit darker as it dries and first I used Cafe Kitty which was too warm but okay once dried, but that was my error on the shade selection. Now I repurchased Neutral Nanna and it works perfectly. I don't however use the pencil - at all - in both of the shades, it does not seem to work as well at drawing thin natural hairs like Benefit pencil. However I was looking for ink stain/soft tip instead of a pencil as I don't like having to sharpen it, and the ink stain works wonderfully on this one, it so thin and pigmented I mostly have no issues drawing thin natural looking hairs in. Sometimes it seems to overflow with liquid then drying it up on paper works or if it seems to dry up, shaking it a bit resolves it so I won't reduce rating for that.

Hate the colour
The shade Neutral Nana is way lighter than what’s described and in the pictures, more like Warm Orangy Brown Nana. Also it barely shows up. I feel like I just wasted money. Idk how it works for others but it didn't do a thing for me. Not happy.

Can’t live without
I need this product all the time. I have black brow hairs and they are quite thick, however I do have some slight gaps or areas that need definition in the front of the brow especially, the shade Cool Cookie is the exact shade that is perfect to fill in the front of the brow without making them look too intense, a natural fade. I also have Blackout which I use when I have more makeup on to frame my face a bit more, but Cool Cookie I can use even when I have 0 makeup on. It’s the only brand that I have found such a shade in which is what makes it so unique!
