Suited to all skin tones, this primer glides on weightlessly, neutralising lid discoloration and amplifying the payoff of your shadows in the process. Unique binders lock in pigment to ensure it won't crease, smudge or fade, keeping breakthrough oil (which can start to degrade your shadow application for that dreaded streaky look) at bay. This clever formula also features an essential blend of skin-loving ingredients. Think: red, brown and black rice extract to protect from urban pollution and blue light and licorice root and marshmallow root extracts to help nourish your skin.
Apply a pea-size amount on the eyelid using the doe foot applicator. Then, blend using a clean fingertip or a flat shadow brush from lash line up to the brow bone. Allow to for Shadow Insurance Primer to dry, then blend shadow effortlessly on top.
Tip: To help eliminate smudging on the lower lash line apply a small amount of Shadow Insurance Primer using a clean fingertip or a flat shadow brush. Follow with eye shadow, eye liners, and mascara, if desired.

Works for hooded eyes
It is my first eyeshadow primer. Since my childhood I have always had hooded eyes and any try of using the eyeshadows was unpleasant since they never wanted to stay on my eyelids for longer than an hour. This primer is a game changer. It doesn’t make it last all day but at least for several hours I know I would be fine.

Really prevent eyeshadows from creasing
Any eyeshadows crease on my eye lids if i don't wear primer and even with primer in some cases. This one really works good. It doesn't bring coverage, eyeshadow smudging becomes a bit more complicated but my eye makeup lasts really long time (12h and even longer).

It holds my eyeshadow very well, but it’s visible under the eyes.
I am impressed by this primer, which truly holds my (hooded-)eyeshadow in its place. I was hopping to use it as a primer under my eyes as well, but it easily gives stripes and is difficult to apply seamlessly. Maybe I don’t use enough concealer to camouflage it, but under any eyeshadow it’s perfect. So I wouldn’t recommend this for other areas, but I guess it just does exactly what it says it’ll do!
