I’m not sure if this does anything, though I’ve only used it twice. I can feel a slight tingle on the lips after I put it on and I also put this on the undereyes, over cheekbones and along the jawline. I do feel like I’m having a good makeup day but I don’t know if this product had anything to so with it.
