Dried out my hair

2 stars out of a maximum of 5

Had really high hopes for this as i love most of the ordinary products however this one left my hair dry and brittle. Would not recommend if you have fine/thin hair

This was ok, I wanted to love it but I didnt. My hair wasnt that soft, I would liken it to a store bought product like L'Oreal elvive

Better than the cleanser

This is a good conditioner; nothing out of the ordinary (pun intended ;-b) but does what it promises.

I normally wouldn’t do a review but this one just makes my hair so soft and silky and not greasy for few days after shower day. Must buy girls.

Best conditioner I've ever used

4 stars out of a maximum of 5

So, I have very fine, thin hair which means by and large I don't like classic in-shower conditioners normally as they weigh my hair down. This conditioner works immediately in making your hair feel smooth and deranged. It's honestly amazing and doesn't weigh my hair down.I only removed a mark because the packaging is really not great. I like the look of it but its hard to squeeze product out while in the shower because the plastic is too hard and the squarenessand slimness of the bottle means it's a chore to squeeze out.The product itself is lovely though

First time use review.

Personal facts: I am 53 and have no artificial colour in my hair. Greys have started to show (in highlights around my forehead and underneath). My hair colour is auburn/copper red and the texture is curly/wavy/frizzy and extremely thick. Chest length.Issues: frizz, itchy & greasy scalp, dry ends, no defined curls (without using an endless of products weighing the hair down, giving me an even itchier scalp).Review: I used The Ordinary Cleanser (shampoo) beforehand as I wanted to try them together. This conditioner isn't as thick as other conditioners I've used and so I was very sceptical when I poured it into my hand but I needn't have worried. It dispensed beautifully into all of my hair (concentrating on my lengths). I could almost hear my dry, frizzy ends drinking it up and felt immediate 'relief'.After rinsing it out, it kept my hair feeling soft and weightless (the cleaner made my hair feel the same). After removing my towel, I hardly had to use a comb (I use one for African textured hair) as it still felt incredibly detangled after the rinse. I decided to not put any further product into my hair (I normally follow with a curl balm and a curl enhancer in order to define my curls but I wanted to see what the condition of my hair would be without these products in order to give this product a fair review. Normally, as my hair dries without any curl enhancers, it will frizz the minute it starts to dry but this left my hair feeling soft, weightless and incredibly clean (without feeling dried out or weighing it down). There is definitely some curl definition and not at all as frizzy as it normally is. This is a massive improvement and one I haven't seen in any other conditioner (OR shampoo). (I've also left a review for the cleanser/shampoo). By leaving my age and details of my hair texture and colour, I am hoping that it'll help future buyers. Of course, everything is personal and because it works for me, doesn't mean it'll work for someone else. BUT this is, by a very long mile, so much better than anything I've tried for my hair needs. I will obviously have to wait and see if it makes my scalp itch (I've not tried the hair oil yet but I might buy it to try out on my next order) and what it does to my dry ends and greasy scalp. So far, it feels good though and I would normally have started itching my scalp after half an hour of using a new conditioner. I would LOVE bigger bottles of this but I believe The Ordinary people are very good at listening to their customers, so I am sure this will happen eventually.
