Use in the evening, no more than twice a week. Apply evenly on cleansed, dry skin (avoiding the eye contour) and leave on for no longer than 10 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water. This formula contains a very high concentration of free acids. The Ordinary recommends use only if you are an experienced user of acid exfoliation, and not to use on sensitive, peeling or compromised skin.

AHA Chemical Peel
Definitely worth the price. I struggled for so long with my skin and it makes it so much more clear the next day. Slight tingling, but it just tells me it’s working. So far I’m on my second bottle and plan to buy more.

Baby Smooth Skin
My 20 year old son had a conversation with a female friend who recommended this and my entire family (me, hubby and three boys) have fallen in love with it. So easy to use (especially for teenage boys). Rub a few drops into your fingers, smooth over face and leave for 10 mins (although I leave for longer). The boys say it stings a bit but I think that's because they are not used to exfoliating. It has transformed all their skin, made mine lovely a smooth and the large pores on my nose are definitely less visible. Love it!

Not for everyone
The first time it worked very well on me. When I used it the second time, in 3-5 minutes I felt irritation so had to take it off. I have relatively sensitive skin and the peeling made it red for a couple of days, so I stopped using the product and gave it to my sister. She loves it and I can clearly see how much her face has improved! So, if you have normal and oily skin - I think it would suit you. But if your skin is dry and sensitive, I wouldn't recommend it because of high acid concentrations.

A waste of money
There was a slight tingling feeling for like 10 seconds but this high concentration of acids would make you think that it would burn more. My skin didn't peel, didn't get red. This peeling didn't do anything at all. I was using it twice a week for a month and didn't notice any difference. I do trust the company's claims about the high percentage of acids in the product, however, it seems like because of an overwhelming amount of other ingredients the ph-level of the product is too high to do anything to your skin. It's also not a fun process putting this substance on and more importantly washing this red thing off.

Unbelievable
First of all, can we talk about the price?? I've tried so many expensive skincare products before and none of them, I mean none, gave me the instant results this mask did. I trusted the science behind it since I'm a salicylic acid user and know the benefits of acids but this just took it to the next level. This needs to be the star of your beauty regimen and you will thank me for it.

Good mask
Really special and not like the texture of other masks. Very efficient and the only mask I need. I have mixed skin and no problem with sensitivity. My skin is more beautiful after only 3 uses.

great product!
Been 3-4 week since I have been using it regularly. Twice per week for 10 mins only. You get a slight tingling or burning sensation as you leave it to soak for 10 mins. If you have sensitive skin, your skin might be a little red after washing. But I haven't had a break out in the past 4 weeks which isn't usually the case. Also, use moisturiser after washing the mask off your face.

Best thing to happen to my skin
I am now on my second bottle of this stuff and it has transformed my skin. Using this has improved the texture of my skin so much and my face is so smooth now. My blackheads are gone and I haven't been breaking out at all. Any potential spots are subsided and my acne scars have improved a lot. I use this twice a week for 10 minutes. Everyone needs this, especially if, like me, you have oily and acne-prone skin.
