It is my second time purchasing this serum. I started using it after my dermatologist suggested to use tranexamic acid for the dark spots that were caused during pregnancy. I am now finishing my first bottle and it seems to work. For better results though I think I will also need a professional peeling.

Not sure it really does something
I bought into the hype about tranexamic acid when this was launched, hoping to fade some sun damage and freckles. I used it pretty consistently for 1-2 months alongside retinoids and other skincare, bit I'm not sure it really did something. Latest research also seems to have backtracked on how effective tranexamic acid is when applied topically, so I won't be repurchasing it and will instead use other pigmentation products with more evidence behind them
