I dont like that it leaves a film on your skin and it's kind of hard to get off with just water so I use it for when I double cleanse with a gel cleanser afterwards. Other than that it's an okay cleansing balm

Very lovely, but won't remove mascara
I love the texture and how hydrating it is, however this is meant as a first cleanse and it doesn't remove my mascara well enough for that. I use it on days where I don't wear mascara, because I don't like having to do a first cleanse, use a separate eye makeup remover and then do a second cleanse, it's just one step too many for me. So all in all it's a very nice first cleanse, just not to double up as a makeup remover if you're wearing mascara.
