Absolutely loved it!
This product works! I have visibly better skin and I do not get acne as often as I used to. The ones that I do get disappear without leaving acne scars.

Good product bad packaging
I love niacinamide, it has changed my skin for the best. I like this formula from The Inkey List as much as similar products such as the ordinary. But I hate the packaging because I can’t dose the product properly. When I squeeze it softly, more comes out than needed. I think it would be handier if there was a pipette or if the bottle was softer so dosing it would be easier!

The greatest!
I have used niacinamide from other brands, but this is super great and very affordable. Makes a super difference if you have hormonal acne. It calms and brightens the skin after a few weeks of daily use. Amazing!

Excellent niacinamide serum
This is the best niacinamide serum I’ve tried, the formula is better than rival budget brands like The Ordinary and GOW. It’s not sticky, doesn’t pill, and layers well. I use it morning and night, I particularly like it on top of retinoid treatment as it soothes and leaves skin feeling fresh.

I love this serum. It leaves my skin super soft and found it easy to use and to spread. However their packaging is awful. I wish they would change the packaging

Great formulation
I really appreciate The Inkey List's decision to not include zinc in their niacinamide serum like so many other brands since my dry skin doesn't tolerate it well. I much prefer this version with 1% HA for extra plumping, but also the soybean extract which is a proven brightening ingredient. It's a thicker kind of serum that spreads easily but takes a bit to absorb so you're gonna be left with a tacky finish for a few minutes. Other than that, I wish the brand would use a different dispenser for their serums. These small plastic tubes that you need to squeeze to get the product out are quite annoying.
