Can be used as part of the AM and/or PM routine. Apply directly to clean, dry skin on desired areas, there's no need to rinse off. Meagre results, takes forever to absorb
I wasn't expecting this product to be so oily and to be forced to wait over 30 minutes to the cream to absorb to my skin. Moreover, the softening effects are negligible. I wouldn't recommend this.

Too harsh for me
I suppose you could say it did its job, however it was a bit too harsh for my skin in more sensitive areas. I now only use it to prevent ingrowns on my legs, works well for that.

Not good for deodorant for sensitive skin
I bought it to use as a deo because of the glycolic acid but it's way too strong to be used everyday on the armpit if you have sensitive skin I use it on my legs and on my bf arms when we have a bit of keratos pilosis marks and it works great, an hour later and it has disappeared
