Slippery Texture, Orange Undertones, and No Real Coverage

I had high hopes for the RMS concealer, as it’s marketed as a skincare-infused option for dry or mature skin with medium coverage and a natural satin finish. As someone in my 40s with dry, textured under-eyes, I was expecting it to work well — but instead, I found it slippery, messy, and offering virtually no coverage. Even though I was willing to sacrifice full coverage for a lightweight, skin-like effect, this gave me no coverage at all. The only way I could make it halfway usable was by skipping eye cream (or using the lightest possible one), applying a very thin layer with a pressing technique, and always setting with powder — otherwise it settled right into fine lines despite being marketed as “creaseproof.” Shade-wise, I tried W016 (Warm Medium), which was far too orange on me. It looked more like a color corrector than a concealer, and with the lack of coverage, long dry-down, and slippery texture, it just didn’t function in either role. I’m glad I only bought one shade instead of my usual two, because unfortunately, this formula didn’t work for me at all.

After trying so many concealers, I am happy that RMS solved my problem! I have very dry undereye and dark circles, but this concealer covers perfectly, hydrates and above all never creases! Just a reliable magic that brightens up my eye look!

zero creasing

Literally zero creasing. I use above a mineral sunscreen, no foundation, no fixing with powder. The temperature 38 C outside. I was outside the whole day, and it does not crease, does not dry, it looks perfect after 8 hour. I used it before with regular conditions, and it was impressive, but after this day-it became my hero. I have very dry, dehydrated skin, with an extreme thin skin under my eye. I searching the perfect concealer for decades. I think I find it.
