Draw a line around the lips with the pencil tip. To enhance your lip size for more impact, draw slightly outside your natural lip line. Blend with the brush to soften the line or fill in and use as an all over lip colour. Finish with lip colour or gloss.

Too dry for me
I love lip liners that glide one and this one does not (at least this first time that I used it). Nonetheless the color is perfect (I picked Morning dew) it matches my lips shade perfectly

At first I am not satisfied. It flows slightly into the wrinkles around the mouth. I thought that RMS was developing a product that you could wear because of your age. I'm a little disappointed, but I'll keep trying.
