it does its job
I used shampoo and conditioner for a month. My hair really does feel thicker and becomes less prone to breakage, but personally, I need a heavier formula, because I have very dry, curly, porous hair. I think that if your hair isn't as dry as mine, this product works really well.

I’ve been using it for 2 weeks now and can safely say it does its job: my hair is definitely thicker, softer, nicer to touch. It cleans the scalp well but not sure if helps with oil control, though I’ve clearly noticed very slight change: my hair isn’t as oily the next day after washing as it used to be. I have really long thick hair and really oily skin, so I’m going to finish the bottle and see if the skin becomes more balanced. If yes, I’ll definitely repurchase
