Use enclosed spatula to gently lift and separate each patch. Apply onto clean, dry under-eye area with the thickest part at the outer corner. Repeat on the other side. Leave on for 10 min. and discard after use. Gently pat remaining serum into skin. Do not wash off. Use daily, or as often as needed. Use chilled for extra depuffing effect.

It's a very good product. You can notice how it hydrates your dark circles. But if you don't use it regularly, the liquid in the jar dries out a bit and loses some of its functionality. I don't recommend using it for more than 30 minutes, as it leaves wrinkles.
