Great for spots
I use this as a spot treatment and it works great to heal spots and pimples, especially those difficult cystic ones. Tried it all over the chin/nose area a few times and it was just too harsh - some peeling and redness appeared (but my skin is quite sensitive and on a dry side). However, I never had any issued with it when used locally on a spot.
