Comedogenic

Unfortunately the shea butter in it broke me out. I knew that actually because I checked the ingredients but it has been a while since I last used a product with shea butter in it so I thought I would give it a try. Unfortunately it broke me out. However it is a nice moisturiser. Definately not the most moisturising one but I found that if you pile it up it works a bit better on the dry areas. Absorbs very well, and has a very nice texture that spreads very well too. Too bad it contains a comedogenic ingredient...

Skin feels great

I've been using retinol as I'm not so young anymore so I needed a high spf moisturizer for day time. I've been using this for a few weeks with no problems, even round my eye area. Skin feels great!

Skin care

I’ve been using this cream for 2 yrs ..  absolutely brilliant!  Doesn’t leave your face feeling greasy before applying foundation.  During these very hot days we’ve experienced, although I’m not one to spend hours in the sun, I do like walking and my face has not caught the sun at all … excellent buy, however I wish it wasn’t so expensive..

I like it

4 stars out of a maximum of 5

I read the reviews and went ahead and purchased. I am a fan of Paula’s Choice in any event. I like this moisturiser - it’s different to great 8 which I am using up, but it’s good and it feels protective. Goes on smoothly and mixes relatively well with tan luxe self-tanning drops. Would recommend but agree that if your skin is v dry, you might need something richer.

Irritating

I have very dry skin, put this on top of a serum but it seemed to dry my skin out and cause redness and irritation.

Restoring and Protective

Needing a new SPF for winter imminently I decided to try out this multi-tasking offering from Paula's Choice. While I wouldn't say this is enough for a dry skin type, it's definitely suited to a more 'normal' skin or even combination skin types. I have normal to slightly oily skin at the moment, and this sinks in beautifully after my serums, it really is lovely to apply and absorbs pretty much instantly too. I will always opt for an SPF 50 where I can, and this is a far cry from those heavy and sticky SPFs we used to endure. This leaves my skin looking and feeling nourished and healthy, without any grease or unwanted shine.

Perfect summer facecream

4 stars out of a maximum of 5

Great everyday creme for the face! It might feel a bit dry for some if you have very dry skin, then this is a good creme to have over another one. Else i love the feeling on my skin and that it has high spf. The perfect facecream for summer!

Great texture, great SPF protection

Really lightweight moisturizer, absorbs really quickly, doesn't leave a shiny finish, my skin looks healthy and well-hydrated and provides great UVA/UVB protection

Ok

Not hydrating enough as my face was dry after a few hours. Also stings when it gets in the eyes.
