Teaming up with a French perfumer, OUAI develops fragrances inspired by iconic locations around the world and, this time, we're heading over to LA's entertainment hub with the Melrose Place Eau de Parfum Travel Size (10ml).

Opening with bright notes of champagne, lychee, red berries and pink pepper, this fragrance then blooms into a bouquet of rose, peony, freesia, bergamot and jasmine. As for the base? It warms into accords of creamy sandalwood, skin-like white musk, cedarwood and amber. It's a rich floral aroma we can see making its way swiftly into your fragrance wardrobe.

Founded in 2016 by stylist to the stars Jen Atkins, OUAI (that's pronounced 'way') translates to 'yes'. Encouraging you to say yes to letting go of unrealistic expectations and embracing imperfections, the brand offers an alternative to the one-size-fits-all approach to hair care. Manes aside, the brand dives into the world of fragrances with the Melrose Place Eau de Parfum Travel Size (10ml), a scent starring a velvety blend of rich rose with hints of bergamot, lychee, cedarwood and white musk.

Spring in a bottle

lovely scent

I love this scent. I had some of the hair products with this scent and wanted to wear it. Rose but also fresh. The staying power is pretty good for the price.

new go to perfume

This was a blind purchase which I quickly fell in love with. It's a very clean smell without being overpowering. I don't think it lasts very long but I think that's because it's more of a subtle fragrance. definitely my new daily perfume.
