This mega-sized mane must-have gives locks a complete reset. A once-a-week treatment, its gentle formula boasts apple cider vinegar to help cut through product build-up and neutralise shine-compromising hard water deposits while hydrolysed keratin works to support brittle or heat-weakened tresses. Great product
Used this shampoo on day 4 hair that had mousse and dry shampoo kind of built into it. I tend to do two separate washes to make sure all the gunk is out so I did the same with this and it did a good job. My hair felt very clean, but it did get a bit on the dry side. I used conditioner afterwards which helped it a ton. I'm happy with this product and it did what it had to do.

My favorite shampoo
Whenever I feel like there is buildup on my hair, I use this. It's my perfect shampoo, so when I saw that there was a jumbo size, I had to get it. In my opinion, this packaging with the pump is so much better than the classic packaging, so I'll keep the bottle and just buy refills going forward.

Effective but strong
Does a fantastic job; I have fine hair but a lot of it; made the mistake of overusing it so my hair got a bit brittle in 2 weeks but managed to recover it using other products. Now i use it once/2 weeks and it’s the perfect shampoo for this. I pretreat my hair with some salicylic acid on the scalp (the ordinary) and some massage and some oil on the ends, then wash it 2x with the Ouai shampoo. Glorious results.
