I had seen a video using this brow pen and it looked easy to use and quite a good product. I tried it couple times and really liked it but the third time it was already not working anymore! I tried to shake it but nothing happens and the tip is clear, so it seems like there is no product inside. Really disappointed! I don’t think I Will purchase again
