Almost does what it says but you cant really layer this on top of primer. It makes creates a paste with the primer and makes the shimmers/glitters look patchy. I dont reach for this much.

It did prolonged the last of my ittery eyeshadows... but the glitters don't spread evenly on top of it. It gave me a very patchy look, with glitters going into the folds of my eyelids. It also stung a bit. Not very happy.
