A bit one noted, but the sparkly shadows make it worth it.
I was aware of how one noted the palette was before purchasing, but I got it on sale for a decent price point. Still, I wasn't expecting much from it as I was fairly disappointed from some of the previous ND palettes I own (specifically I need a nude and Metropolis. I have yucca too but it's solid quality). This palette, despite the color story that doesn't quite fit me, has some of the prettiest sparkly shimmers ND has ever done. The Sparkling Wet Effect in the I Need a Nude were dry and barely shiny at all, meanwhile these are exactly what I expected. Some are flaky, so if you don't like that, I suggest skipping. I persoanlly think the quality compares to indie shadows, and it's great that I can swap shadows around with my others. On the other hand, the fact that ND makes magnetic palettes means she has a very limited color story with her capsule palettes, in order to keep from duplicating with previous releases. Bottom line, get it on sale if you like grey neutrals.

Quality is good almost every shade. Few ones is quite difficult to blend. I think there are a few colors I still don’t know how to use on myself or how to combine those.

Everyday greys
When I bought this, I thought it would be a special occasion kind of palette. However, the lighter shades in the palette help create everyday work-appropriate looks. I recommend this to anyone who likes cool-toned greys, which are so hard to find. I also have the mini xenon and I find that the two complement each other. I haven't really created a very dark smoky eye look yet, but I kept reaching for it on a daily basis in the winter days. I'm not fond of the new chunky glittery formula, but thankfully there are other shimmers in the palette that I prefer to use. I hope they continue to include the wonderful smooth and buttery shimmer formula we have become used to expect and limit the chunky eyeshadows in their palettes.
