Launched in 1994 by French make up artist and photographer François Nars, NARS has remained at the forefront of the beauty space with its collection of trend-led, high-performance covetable cosmetics (not to mention cheeky shade names too). This lip balm is just great. I alternate it with Fast Lane, when I want something more subtle. But the color of Dolce Vita is perfect - it definitely gives your lips some color, but it´ s not too much or too full. You look “alive”, never vulgar, you can use it at any occassion. But the best part is that it´s hydrating and the overall feeling is very pleasant. These balms are my favorite, worth the money. Perfect for “non-lipstick” types :-).

The different colors are so pretty.
I have a couple of different shades of these Afterglow Lip Balms. The formula is nice - I would have loved for them to be more hydrating on the lips though. The colors and the finish of them are so great. Beautiful packaging too.

Nice but not revolutionary
The best part about this product is the beautiful and super sleek metal packaging :) I just loved carrying it in my bag. However, there's almost no product in there. I ran through it in less than a month! It's also very share and not very moisturizing. For that price I would expect more.
