Use on dry skin, before you bathe or shower. Start at the ankles and work upward in light, circular strokes, always brushing toward the heart. Use gentle pressure and five to ten strokes per area. Go lightly and find the rhythm that suits you. To clean, wash the bristles with mild soap and warm water, then rinse and air dry with the bristles facing down.
