Begin your self care routine by applying the cool, gel-like treatment (AKA Step 1) and leave it on to absorb for a few minutes. These both work in harmony to trap moisture, thanks to the enrichment of blue sea kale which keeps your complexion nourished by stimulating the hyaluronic acid, squalane and glycerin. After cleansing in the evening, as the last step in your skincare routine, apply the blue gel of H.E.O. Step 1 Mask to face, neck and décolletage, avoiding the eye area.
Allow to absorb for a few minutes then gently massage in the H.E.O. Step 2 Mask into the same areas. Leave on overnight, and cleanse as usual in the morning. Apply 2-3 times a week or as required.

Hydrating
Got this in the Cult Beauty advent calendar. I won't lie, the two steps feel a bit gimmicky and extra (I already know I will somehow finish one before the other even though I'm using them together), but the product itself is quite nice on my skin. I appreciate it's unscented and feels very soothing on my dry skin. However, I don't think I would purchase this after finishing my bottles.

great weekly treat
I really enjoy using this mask once (or twice if needed) per week. It leaves my skin feeling soft and moisturised in the morning. I have sensitive acne prone skin but this mask has never caused any irritation or breakouts. The only downside is the packaging, as it is really hard to open.

I apply this duo once a week after a good scrub and cleanse. I think it's a great hydrative and restorative mask. I wake up in the morning with plump hydrated skin. First time I've purchased but will probably purchase again.

Medik8 is one of the best most efficient brands on the market. This combo is great, it is a great hyaluronic acid gel with a great cream on top. You could probably recreate without purchasing this with other products from the brand but it is efficient and also works well layered with another treatment
