Made for movement, the mat boasts enhanced grip technology — it’s no good to have your feet slipping during the downward dog position! Crafted without silicone or phthalates, this antimicrobial, recyclable and biodegradable mat is even machine washable (follow the care instructions!) so you can keep it looking its best for longer.
Before you use your Maat, spritz a touch of water across the surface to enhance grip. After use, wipe down with water or a 50/50 mixture of apple cider vinegar and water. Alternatively, you can place it in a delicate machine wash in cold water. To ensure the longevity of your Maat, we recommend avoiding bleach and softeners and excessive heat or direct sunlight. Beautiful pattern good grip
I’m a yoga teacher so I have high expectations, this is perfect for sweaty sessions due to its grip. It’s a bit on small size though
