After shampooing, apply generously from roots to ends – leave for five minutes before rinsing. Use 1-2 times per week as needed, in lieu of your usual Living Proof conditioner.

not my favourite but not bad
It's a good mask. It does not weight the hair down but coats it and makes it full somehow. I didn't dislike it but dint love it but likely because of the smell.

Weightless
Used this mask for the first time yesterday and it truly is weightless - my hair was so soft and light afterwards and I have very thick hair. Left it to dry naturally and there was still a shine off it which I was impressed by.
