Hydrating, but ok
The primer is hydrating, but it pills a bit. Also, when worn in the area around the eyes, mascara and eyeliner will melt much easier during the day. The Blurring Primer is by far superior to this, even in colder weather, when I expected the Hydrating Primer to outperform.
