In other words, this won't bleed or feather outside your lips, keeping your edges looking clean and precise. Using even pressure, press the bullet to both the upper and lower lips. To refresh, press the lips together. For a more defined lip look, line lips with a complementary shade of Caviar Perfecting Lip Liner (sold separately) before or after lipstick application.
