I got this in Matcha Bubble Tea but it doesn’t remind me of that scent at all. The balm is nice and hydrating and the smell is a mix of jasmine and bubble gum. It’s not unpleasant, just not what I expected. I think I’ll buy it again but in a different flavour/scent.

I must admit that I am a bit disappointed by the taste. As a huge fan of matcha I was expecting this lip balm to taste like matcha, but unfortunately it didn't. It is hydrating though, but not was I was expected.

Bought it because of the matcha scent
I love matcha so I was intrigued by this launch. I would say the scent rather resembles jasmine tea. Which is also nice but given that I have balms which are more moisturizing I wouldn't repurchase this.

My sister loves these
I don’t personally use the Laneige Lip Glowy Balms, but I often buy them for my sister, and she loves them. I decided to get her this limited-edition Matcha version, and she’s really happy with it. She says it’s hydrating and feels great on the lips, and she loves the scent. Personally, I don’t find the smell very appealing, but she’s a big fan of it. That said, if your lips are extremely dry, this balm alone might not be enough.

The smell is not it!
Unfortunately I have to give 1 star, not because of the performance of the product but for the smell. It's really awful. It smells citrusy and with a strong hint of jasmine. The smell is so intense I can constantly smell it on my lips. The formula is amazing, very buttery, smooth, and it hydrates for hours.
