Its soft material blends your base seamlessly and thanks to the dual-ended feature, it stars a side with a fine point that can get into the hard-to-reach areas such as your under-eyes, inner corners, around the nose or even targeted application on top of blemishes. Use this damp, or dry for a little more coverage. Apply foundation and/or concealer of choice with fingers or a make up brush. Then follow the Revealer Dual-Ended Blender to blend in and for finishing touches.
