Clean the skin thoroughly before applying this product.
Cover the entire affected area with a thin layer one to three times daily.
Because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two to three times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor.
If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day.
For external use only.
Skin irritation and dryness is more likely to occur if you use another topical acne medication at the same time. If irritation occurs, only use one topical acne medication at a time.
Apply only to areas with acne.
Do not use on broken skin or large areas of the skin.
Stop use and ask a doctor if irritation becomes severe.

Effective but not a miracle :)
I enjoyed using this spot treatment. It really helps with calming those angry blemishes. However it's not a miracle and for me it didn't get rid of a blemish overnight. I noticed that the earlier you use it (like when you can feel there is pimple forming but can't see it yet), the more effective this spot treatment was. A bit drying but it's sulfur so I kinda expected it to be even more on the drying side. Lasts a long time because you really need to put just a tiny amount directly onto the blemish. I would totally recommend this product, especially for adult/cystic kind of acne.

I have tried many brands with very similar products, but none have such immediate effects as kate Somerville eradikate blemish. This is best tratment that you can use for puntual blemish. I love it. I use after my face routing in the evening. The next the little pimples are completely away. I am sure that I will purchase again although the smell it's not good.

The application can get a bit messy, but it definitely works, it dries out an active pimple without any irritation. You can even use a thin layer on the pimple underneath makeup, helps with the coverage and stops the break out.

Effective product
I purchased this for my niece who has been having hormonal outbreaks around her chin area. This is the second time she has used it and It seems to have done the trick. Skin has cleared up nicely for now. Good to have should her skin break out again.Â

Although the smell stings my eyes as it is quite strong it does help me when my skin is flaring up, just keep in mind it will sting if you’re putting it on open active spotsÂ

Amazing little product
I love this! It's fast acting on targeted areas, and has a pink tinge to ease redness. I use it largely all over my face as part of my PM routine and definitely notice a difference. My hormonal acne is such a challenge and while I can't say it's a miracle product - it definitely helps! Pair with a gentle moisturiser to prevent dryness. I just finished a bottle and have bought another.

Amazing product
This is the 4th time I have purchased this. It really does work. I leave it on overnight and the pimple is usually gone in the morning. It stings a little at first when you put it on but goes away quickly. Would highly recommend to anyone who has a stubborn pimple that they need to get rid of.

Amazing product on pesky spots!
I have been suffering with adult acne over the last couple of years and this is one product that I have found to be amazing. It helps to bring out the spot quickly and dry it up. I have found I have far less scarring as it seems to stop most of the spots from developing into anything much. I would definitely recommend this and I have bought a second bottle!

It’s ok...
Sometimes this works, sometimes it doesn’t. When it’s worked for me, it brings spots quickly ‘up to the surface’ with a white head and they’re soft enough to give a quick, gentle squeeze and disappear quicker than they would’ve done. When it doesn’t work, nothing happens. Spots might be a tad less ‘hard’ but they’re still red and angry and stay for ages. I guess it depends on whether the spot is one that has all the gross white stuff hiding inside (sorry, TMI) or if it’s one of those big bumps that contain nothing but pain. Also, a really strange thing I’ve noticed: when I use the product as directed - i.e. don’t shake the bottle - it works way LESS well than if I shake the product and use it that way. So, in summary, this product works well enough for me if I shake it and use it on spots that can get a ‘head’ but it’s pretty useless any other way.
