Very hydrating
I bought the shampoo and conditioner as a pair, and the conditioner left my bleached hair feeling soft and hydrated. I used it after the K18 Leave-In Molecular Repair Mask, and my hair felt smooth and healthy afterwards. I'm giving it 4 stars because it's quite expensive for a 250 ml bottle. I'd recommend trying the smaller size first before buying the larger one. It may not be the best choice for oily hair tho.
